Financial Policy

Fees will be charged for treatment, consultations, and other services. All fees are to be paid in full at the end of each appointment. For your convenience we accept cash, debit, MasterCard or VISA.

We will provide a treatment estimate in advance that can be submitted to your insurance company on your behalf. However, your insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company.  We have no say in the selection of your insurance company, no control over the terms of your contract, the methods of reimbursement or the determination of your insurance benefits. Therefore, we do not accept assignment of benefits from any insurance company.

Any reimbursement by your insurance company should be made directly to you according to the terms of your contract with them. We will submit the claim electronically and in a matter of days, you should be reimbursed directly to your account.

It is important that you notify us of any changes in your plan or your address.
